the plan

my bff pollo and i have talked about a serious change in our lives. so i have til july 1st to accomplish full sexyness. and by that i mean, of course, that i accomplish the beach bod of magazines worth. dont judge me. we will be monitoring our weight and diet and exercise to keep on track as well. and i have decided to keep track on here between normal blogs. i have not weighed myself yet today so i will set down the goals i hope to acheive.

by april 1st:

diet at 5/6 small meals daily
asleep by midnight and awake by 9/10
on wii fit half an hour a day for appx 5 days a week
jogging an hour at least 2 times a week
possible p90x

by may 1st:

diet at 5/6 small meals daily
asleep by midnight and awake by 9/10
on wii fit an hour a day for appx 5 days a week
jogging an hour at least 4 times a week
most likely p90x

by june 1st:

diet at 5/6 small meals daily
asleep by midnight and awake by 9
on wii fit an hour a day for appx 5/7 days a week
jogging two hours at least 4 times a week
probably definate p90x

by july 1st:

hopefully me, down 10ish lbs., with a flat stomach, better sleeping and eating habits, and a rockin beach body to flaunt at the beach

so theres the plan.
